Who we are

What we collect

We only collect what you type into a form on this site:

• Welcome Kit download — name, email, city and optionally your mobile number.
• Consultation booking — name, mobile, email, city, project stage, carpet area, budget range and preferred slot.
• Contact form — name, email, optional mobile and city, and your message.
• Budget estimator — your answers and, only if you ask for the emailed report, your contact details.
• Newsletter — your email address.

Alongside each submission we record the IP address, browser user agent and the page you submitted from. That is used to prevent spam and abuse, nothing else.

Why we use it

To send you the material you requested, to reply to your enquiry, and to arrange the consultation you booked. If you tick the optional consent box, we may also send occasional planning notes — and you can unsubscribe from those at any time.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored in our own MySQL database on our hosting provider's servers, and delivered to us by email. Access is limited to Spur Homes staff who need it to respond to you.

Cookies and third parties

This site sets one essential cookie to keep your session secure and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. It is not used for advertising or tracking.

Fonts and animation libraries are loaded from public CDNs (Google Fonts, jsDelivr), which receive your IP address as part of serving those files. If Google reCAPTCHA is enabled on our forms, it is subject to Google's own privacy policy and terms.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and lead records are retained for up to three years so we can pick up a conversation where it left off, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Download links expire 48 hours after they are issued.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email spurhomes2bhk@gmail.com and we will action it within 30 days.

Children

This site is intended for adults arranging interiors for their own home. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
