The budget estimator is an estimate

The figures produced by our budget estimator are planning ranges, not quotations. They are derived from the budget bands published in our Ultimate 2BHK Planning Guide, scaled to the carpet area and lifestyle answers you provide.

Actual costs depend on your layout, site condition, material selection, local labour rates, vendor pricing and the scope you finally agree. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer, a quotation or a commitment to a price.

The planning guide

The Ultimate 2BHK Planning Guide is provided free for your personal use in planning your own home. You may share it with your family and your contractor. You may not resell it, republish it, or present it as your own work.

Consultations

A consultation request submitted here is a request, not a confirmed booking. We will contact you to confirm a slot before any payment is taken. Fees, deliverables and timelines for design and execution work are set out in a separate written agreement.

Imagery

Photographs and renders on this site illustrate design intent and styles. They are not a guarantee that any specific product, finish or arrangement will be available or included in your project.

Intellectual property

The content, design and materials on this site belong to Spur Homes unless stated otherwise. Drawings we produce for you under a paid engagement are yours to use for your own home, including with a contractor of your choosing.

Liability

We take care to keep the information here accurate, but we provide it without warranty. Spur Homes is not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of general information published on this website. Advice given in a paid consultation is covered by the terms of that engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
